Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Be thego-to welcome point for guests and owners checking in for presentations
• Coordinate and assign Sales Executives to ensure a smooth, organized flow
• Keep daily rotations updated and running seamlessly
• Answer calls and connect guests with the right team members quickly
• Help curate a great guest experience by keeping the space stocked and ready
• Coordinate transportation logistics for guests attending presentations
• Support the team with day-to-day operations in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications

• Customer service or guest-facing experience
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
• High school diploma or equivalent
