What You’ll Do

As the right hand to our Director of Housekeeping, you’ll help orchestrate the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our hotel sparkling, our guests smiling, and our team thriving. You’ll inspire associates, uphold Westin’s renowned standards of cleanliness and comfort, and ensure every guest room feels like a five-star retreat.

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and back-of-house areas.
• Conduct inspections to ensure every space meets Westin’s pristine standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate a passionate team of housekeeping professionals.
• Partner with Front Office and Engineering to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity to keep operations running like clockwork.
• Monitor budgets, inventories, and supply costs while never compromising on quality.
• Champion safety, compliance, and brand excellence at every turn.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
• 3–5 years of progressive housekeeping experience in a hotel setting.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience with branded hotels preferred.
• Sharp organizational skills and an eye for detail that rivals a rocket scientist’s precision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
• The stamina and enthusiasm to stay active throughout your shift — standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
