  • Evaluate pricing and promotional opportunities and exceptions, balancing Coca-Cola financial returns, customer economics, retailer profitability and marketplace implications.
  • Use pre- and post-event analysis to improve promotional effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Recommend deployment of Customer Collaboration Funds and other trade/customer investments based on incremental growth and financial return.

Drive Performance & Influence Execution

  • Lead RGM performance-management routines and support customer business reviews, identifying gaps to revenue, volume, transaction and profit goals and recommending actions to close them.
  • Translate complex customer, financial and performance data into clear insights and recommendations for the Walmart Customer Team.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance and Forecasting to improve forecasts and proactively identify risks and opportunities around customer events, innovation and promotional periods.
  • Influence cross-functional and Coca-Cola system stakeholders to align behind recommendations and execute Walmart RGM priorities.
