Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet guests, present menus, explain daily specials, and offer food and beverage recommendations.
• Order Management: Accurately record patrons' choices (including special requests or dietary restrictions) and transmit them to the kitchen and bar.
• Delivery: Bring food and drinks to tables in a prompt, efficient, and safe manner.
• Maintenance: Ensure table settings remain clean, clear away empty plates, and refill water glasses.
• Billing: Total charges, deliver checks, and process cash or credit card payments.

Essential Skills

• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate with customers and back-of-house staff.
• Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple tables simultaneously while keeping track of meal progression.
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for long shifts.
• Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally.
