Bonsky is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems, helping homeowners, and doing the job right the first time. What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.

• Perform maintenance inspections and identify opportunities to improve system performance.

• Explain technical issues clearly and present repair and replacement options to homeowners.

• Document service findings, recommendations, and completed work accurately.

• Follow company service processes, procedures, and quality standards.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.

• Collaborate with dispatch and leadership to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.

• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.

• Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to explain technical issues and recommendations in a way homeowners can understand.

• Confidence presenting repair and replacement options.

• Commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and following established processes.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• EPA Universal Certification.

• NATE Certification.

• Experience with ServiceTitan.

• Experience with maintenance memberships and customer retention.
