JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

**Schedule: 8.5-hour shifts will be scheduled between 7pm-6:30am. Includes an every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.

  • Prepare and serve food items for third-shift customers
  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail dining environment
  • Rotate between multiple workstations, including the deli and grill areas
  • Prepare food according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines
  • Operate and maintain food service equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and customer service areas
  • Stock food, beverages, supplies, and serving areas throughout the shift
  • Assist with opening, closing, and restocking responsibilities as assigned
  • Serve as a relief cashier and accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile transactions
  • Crosstrain as a backup cashier to provide coverage during breaks and periods of operational need
  • Follow all departmental food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and HACCP standards
  • Support team operations by adapting to changing assignments and business needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Demonstrated back-of-house (BOH) food preparation and cooking skills**

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

**- 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline

  • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent**
