The Greeter is responsible for checking guests in for their dining reservation, confirming their scheduled sleigh departure time, and ensuring guests understand when they will be heading up the mountain. Because multiple parties may arrive at once, this position requires someone who can provide genuine hospitality while remaining organized, attentive, and confident managing a busy guest flow.
The Greeter works closely with the Sleigh Hosts, restaurant host stand, dining managers, and General Manager to ensure every guest is accounted for and that the cabin team has accurate, real-time information about which guests have arrived and which guests are on their way up the mountain.
