What You'll Do

Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of bakers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote bakery products and increase sales.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of the bakery.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control, to achieve profitability.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or food service environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of bakery operations, including production and inventory management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
