What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and painting projects

• Help maintain building systems, equipment, and facility grounds

• Complete preventive maintenance and facility safety checks

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Assist with larger maintenance projects as needed

• Support a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff

What You'll Need

• Maintenance, painting, or related experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

• Ability to pass required employment screenings
