Sportsbook Kiosk Supervisor- Full-Time-( Las Vegas, NV)

About the job

Reports to the Director/Area Manager, you will be the face of our DC Remote Kiosk operations. By providing a high level of customer service, to both retail owners and customers you will ensure everyone is made to feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Review kiosk transactions and images at over 40 locations
• Complete AML transactions for over 40 locations
• Call retail partners daily to check in and ensure all their business needs are being met
• Respond and manage the Caesars Lottery email inbox
• Communicate with Caesars Field Service Technicians to ensure all technical and hardware issues are fixed in a timely manner
• Handle escalated customer complaints/issues as needed
• Ensure marketing signage is provided and installed properly at over 40 locations
• Periodically visit the lottery retailers to meet with store owners

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a sports book is highly preferred
• Ability to motivate, lead, and mentor staff members or retailers
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-starter attitude who shows initiative
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 and older
• Must be able to obtail Gaming License
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, pull or push 25 lbs.
• Must be able write for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to twist, bend or reach with no significant boundaries.
• This position may be exposed to a smoke-filled environment
