The Daily Personnel – Assistant Maintenance Technician
The Daily Personnel is seeking experienced Assistant Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities.
We are looking for dependable, well-rounded maintenance professionals with strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
Applicants MUST have current EPA air-conditioning certification and MUST have their own maintenance tools. These are mandatory requirements.
Candidates must have experience in basic electrical and plumbing repairs, heating and air-conditioning systems, and general apartment maintenance.
Daily responsibilities include repairing and maintaining refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, air-conditioning units, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and other equipment found throughout apartment communities.
Applicants must be comfortable handling routine maintenance requests, diagnosing equipment problems, performing preventive maintenance, and completing both simple and more complex repairs within their qualifications.
Previous apartment maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
Again, EPA certification and your own tools are required to be considered for this position.
