Job Summary

This position will work from plans to build, assemble, fit together, align, plumb, and set in place forms for molding and casting concrete structures. Work is inside year round. Product is built and shipped to jobsite.

Job Responsibilities

• Construct forms for the placement of cast in place concrete structures

• Check forms while concrete is being placed

• Assist and direct others in stripping forms after concrete is placed

• Install miscellaneous materials in erecting concrete structures

• Install pre-cast concrete elements

• Work with hand tools and power tools

• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members

• Ability to move throughout a construction jobsite which includes minor obstacles including climbing ladders and inclines

• Lifting may be required with assistance provided if needed

• Heavy physical activity performing strenuous daily activities of a productive/technical nature

• Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials
