Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Chek on guest throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.

• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.

• Clear, clean, and rest tables efficiently.

• Handle cash and credit-card transactions.

• Address guest complaints property and involve a manager when necessary.

• Help create a positive guest experience and support overall team performance.
