THE JOB:

As a Utility Specialist, you will maintain the cleanliness of the property floors. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $18.80 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Clean, set up, and wax all floor surface areas
• Perform has‐com or blood borne treatment by procedure as required
• Clean and/or shampoo carpet and upholstery and report repairs needed
• Set up, operate, and breakdown all cleaning equipment
• Clean and/or polish marble brass, mirrors, glass, light fixtures, chandeliers, and windows
• Clean all walls and ceilings and report repairs needed
• Clean and empty linen and trash containers
• Receive inventory and deliver all housekeeping supplies
• Perform and/or assist with other cleaning and delivery duties as needed
• Receive and distribute incoming linen, load dirty linen onto linen truck, keep track of new and used linen.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years old or older
