Job Schedule: 9/80 Regular: Off every other Friday, 1st Shift

Job Description:

The Program Scheduler will manage complex projects or processes. Communicate within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. Make improvements to systems and processes. Contribute to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.


Essential Functions:


•Develop, maintain, and coordinate Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support program objectives and contractual requirements.

• Perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects • Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality • Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts • Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas • Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines • May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews • Ability to obtain US Government security clearance


Qualifications:


Requires proficient knowledge of job area. May have practical knowledge of project management. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
