What You'll Be Doing
- This position is responsible for managing purchase order disbursements and supporting Accounts Payable operations through SAP, Ariba, and Basware.
- Key responsibilities include processing invoices, monitoring PO-related transactions, ensuring payment accuracy, maintaining vendor records, and supporting overall AP compliance and reporting activities.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of three-way matching (PO, Goods Receipt, Invoice)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills with vendors, buyers, operations, and management
- Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
- Ability to identify and resolve invoice and payment exceptions
- SAP/Basware experience is a plus

Work Environment Role operates primarily in an office environment with standard business hours.
