Job Description​

We are hiring a Full Time Scheduler for our Saint Luke's Plaza Neurology Clinic!

• Monday - Friday, 830am - 5pm
• No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays!
• Previous scheduling, administrative, or healthcare front desk experience is ideal.

We are looking for someone with scheduling experience that is organized with strong customer service skills and the ability to multi task!

Performs a variety of functions in the medical office involving general duties including but not limited to answering the telephone communicating messages through email or Epic greeting registering and scheduling patient appointments collecting patient copayments making appointment reminder calls verifying insurance and other patient data is accurate scanning and or uploading patient information to patients electronic chart. Able to provide backup for front desk and the ability to float between multiple locations as assigned. Will work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct.
