We are looking for friendly and professional communicators to join our BDC Call Center, who thrive in a fast-paced environment to play a critical role in customer engagement and service delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries

• Follow up on leads and schedule service visits

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty

• Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system

• Collaborate with service and marketing teams to meet client needs

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls and working with a team

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus (automotive experience is a bonus but not required)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour + Commission Expected hours: 40 per week
