We are looking for a Senior Developer Experience Engineer to join a Charlotte, NC team in a full-time hybrid role. This position focuses on DevOps, Azure Cloud, CI/CD, Linux, and AI tools, helping improve how engineering teams build, deploy, and deliver software.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong DevOps experience
• Azure Cloud experience
• Strong CI/CD and automated deployment experience
• Linux/Unix shell scripting
• Cloud architecture and design knowledge
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with AI tools and developer copilots
• Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
• GitHub or personal technical projects
• Participation in tech meetups or conferences
• Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn
