LabWare LIMS Developer (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Hybrid (Thousand Oaks, CA - 3 days/week preferred) or Remote with 10-25% travel

We are seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS v7 Developer to support and enhance laboratory systems in a regulated GxP environment. This role will be responsible for LIMS development, system integrations, L2/L3 support, validation documentation, and ongoing operational support across multiple Life Sciences sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and support LabWare LIMS v7 solutions, including Sample Management, Stability, Environmental Monitoring, Inventory, Raw Materials, and CoA workflows.
  • Develop and support integrations with ERP, MES, CMMS, and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system enhancements.
  • Lead change controls, deviation investigations, and CAPA activities.
  • Author and maintain CSV documentation including URS, FS/DS, IQ/OQ, testing, and traceability documentation.
  • Partner with QA, QC, Validation, and IT teams to ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of LabWare LIMS v7 development experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Cell Therapy environments.
  • Strong expertise in LabWare configuration, LIMS Basic/LSL scripting, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
  • Experience with computerized system validation (CSV), change management, and regulated GxP environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting LIMS integrations and troubleshooting complex production issues.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • LabWare certifications.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Veeva, Git, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Type: Full-Time Contract with potential for permanent conversion. Visa Sponsorship is not available.
