Our team is looking for a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: Applying Business Data Analysis for IT projects in cross-organizational corporate structures. Evaluating business data information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of all the expense requests and needs and translating them into technology expense approval requirements in a way that are ready to be presented to high level management approvers. Collecting business data, analyzing data, discussing data, fixing and preparing all expense requests from the different US Entities and Technology areas before being presented for approval. Assisting during the ITUDF (Technology User Demand Forum) weekly process as the liaison between the IT community and the expense management team via clearly documented functional, system and process data requirements. Working with Technology Chief of Staff to obtain expense requests information through meetings, document and data analysis, reports, IT Tools, process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases. Helping the hiring manager in the ITUDF (Technology User Demand Forum) process through data analysis. Applying Business Data Analysis experience for IT projects in complex, cross-organizational corporate structures. Coordinating the Purchase Requisitions for all technology expenses in governance with ITUDF (Technology User Demand Forum) process. Meeting deadlines and organizing data content on Microsoft SharePoint. Supporting training and implementation for Business Intelligence Visualizations and Agile methodology for the team. Qualifications

M.S. in Data Science, Business Analytics/Administration or closely related. 24 mo. exp as a Business Analyst. 24 mon. in: Power BI & Data Visualization; Dashboards; Reports; SQL & Data Analysis; Database Management; Project Management & Technical Writing Documentation; Root Cause Analysis; Business Intelligence & ERP Systems; Database Migration; Reporting. Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification.

Telecommuting permitted. 40 hrs/wk. 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
