Business Process Automation Intern

As a Business Process Automation Intern, you’ll put this value into action by applying technology, automation, and AI to real-world challenges - helping us streamline processes and improve how our construction teams work.

This part-time, paid, on-site internship is based in Spanish Fork, UT, with flexible scheduling around your classes and availability.

What You'll Do

• Build automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Develop apps and digital tools using Power Apps and SharePoint
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
• Explore AI and Microsoft Copilot to simplify everyday work
• Identify process improvements and turn ideas into practical solutions

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Curious, analytical, and excited about technology, automation, and AI
• A problem-solver who enjoys learning new tools and tackling challenges
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate
• Interest in learning about the construction industry
• Preferred, not required: Experience with Dynamics 365, SQL, or Microsoft certifications
