· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

· Strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls, attestation, residual risk, and exception processes

· Proven ability to translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes

These will help you stand out

· Working knowledge of AI governance frameworks and regulations, such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001, or the EU AI Act

· Relevant certifications, such as IAPP Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance

· Experience leading organizational change management and adoption programs

· Client-facing consulting experience advising senior risk, compliance, or technology stakeholders
