Software Developer (.NET / SQL Server) - Hybrid
Contract, Possibly to Hire
Location: Chanhassen, MN
We are seeking a Software Developer to join a collaborative IT team supporting and enhancing business-critical applications used across the organization.
This role offers the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, partnering directly with business users to design, build, improve, and support custom applications and integrations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and enhance C# and ASP.NET applications
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases and stored procedures
- Gather requirements directly from business stakeholders
- Build and maintain REST-based integrations
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
- Participate in testing, QA, and documentation efforts
- Support continuous improvement of internal business systems
Required Experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Strong C# and ASP.NET skills
- SQL Server development experience
- Stored procedures and database design
- JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Experience working directly with end users and business stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience
- Telerik controls
- ERP systems or integrations
- Azure
- SharePoint
- Bootstrap
- Microsoft 365 technologies
