This full-time Senior Oracle EBS Administrator opportunity is based in either Lincolnshire or downtown Chicago with a global technology organization that develops enterprise hardware, software, automation, and data-driven solutions powering operations across retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics environments. The position offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite with no remote flexibility and focuses on supporting a large Oracle ecosystem including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2, Oracle Database 19c RAC, WebLogic, and Linux infrastructure.

This is an opportunity to join a highly stable infrastructure team responsible for mission-critical financial and operational systems. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving complex technical challenges, and modernizing enterprise platforms rather than simply maintaining legacy environments. You'll have significant ownership over Oracle administration, upgrades, patching, and performance initiatives while gaining visibility across the organization. High performers can expand into adjacent enterprise systems and position themselves for future growth opportunities within the business.

Required Skills & Experience

• Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2 administration
• Oracle Database 19c RAC experience
• WebLogic administration in a Linux environment
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support experience
• Experience applying Oracle patches, upgrades, and maintenance activities
• Experience supporting on-premises Oracle environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• 5+ years supporting Oracle enterprise environments
• Performance tuning and optimization experience
• Experience working in large-scale production environments
• Infrastructure modernization experience
