- Track schedules, deliverables and open issues across several parallel workstreams, and drive them to closure.
- Create and maintain clear process documentation for the silicon photonics platform.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS required.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD (or MS with equivalent research experience) in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Science or a related field.
- Hands-on cleanroom fabrication experience, such as lithography, thin-film deposition, etch, metrology, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Research background in photonic devices or integrated photonics.
- Familiarity with semiconductor process integration, from front-end fabrication through post-fab processes such as wafer thinning, singulation or packaging.
- Experience designing experiments (DOE) and analyzing process data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate work across internal teams and external partners.
