Your Role
As an LVN, you will play a key role in delivering quality resident care by:
- Providing direct nursing services to residents
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Promoting a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
What We're Looking For
- Active California LVN license in good standing
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- A commitment to delivering outstanding resident care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
