About the job
Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking a fully-remote Psychologist or Masters Therapist to join our Mental Health team. Being part of our team means making a meaningful impact on the care our patients receive every day.
The Park Nicollet Mental Health Department is a large, multidisciplinary group based in the Twin Cities, providing comprehensive outpatient mental health services across Minnesota and Wisconsin.
We are seeking an adult generalist therapist to provide short-term, goal-directed, evidence-based psychotherapy through a fully remote, virtual care model. Referrals will come directly from our Integrated Behavioral Health Consultants, who work collaboratively with primary care teams to identify patients who would benefit from brief, focused therapeutic interventions.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing time-limited treatment, establishing clear and measurable treatment goals, and helping patients develop practical strategies to address their mental health concerns. We value clinical flexibility, strong collaboration, and a commitment to delivering effective, patient-centered care.
This position is fully remote, with services delivered exclusively through our EMR-integrated video platform. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available (0.8–1.0 FTE).
We are seeking a doctoral level (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) psychologist or Masters Therapist (MSW, MFT, or MA) with current MN and WI licenses (or MN and WI license eligible). Previous experience providing care via telemedicine is required. Must reside in: MN, WI, IA, ND or SD.
You will be joining a team that is supportive and respectful of one another and deeply committed to the mission of HealthPartners. Here, you’ll become a partner for good, helping to improve the health and well-being of our patients, members and community. Our commitment to excellence, compassion, partnership and integrity is behind everything we do. It’s the type of work that makes a difference, the kind of work you can be proud of. We hope you’ll join us.
