The Operations Transformation Organization is helping shape the future of Operational Services through artificial intelligence (AI), automation, data, and business transformation. We turn emerging capabilities into practical strategies that improve how work gets done and prepare the organization for what comes next.
As Senior Manager, AI Workforce Readiness & Strategy, you will define what the Operations workforce should become in an AI-enabled future. You will connect business and AI strategy to future roles, skills, ways of working, and organizational capabilities, giving leaders a clear workforce vision and practical path forward.
This individual-contributor role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise transformation at an early and important stage. You will partner across Operations, Human Resources, Organizational Readiness, Strategy, Transformation, Technology, and AI Fluency and Adoption to shape decisions with broad organizational impact.
What You'll Do
-
Assess how AI, automation, changing business models, and market trends may affect work, operating models, workforce segments, and future talent needs.
-
Build an integrated workforce-readiness assessment that identifies capability gaps, organizational risks, and measurable indicators of progress.
-
Develop workforce scenarios and decision frameworks that help leaders evaluate complex choices amid evolving AI capabilities.
-
Create and maintain a prioritized capability roadmap that sequences near-term actions and longer-term transformation outcomes.
-
Facilitate leader discussions on work design, role evolution, talent development, organizational readiness, and the tradeoffs required to move forward.
-
Translate complex workforce implications into concise, executive-ready recommendations that support timely decisions.
-
Build alignment across business and functional partners without relying on direct authority.
-
Partner with AI Fluency and Adoption teams to convert future capability requirements into role-based learning, skill-building, leader enablement, and adoption priorities.
What you have
You demonstrate the following skills and behaviors through the work you have led and the outcomes you have delivered:
-
Workforce and organizational strategy: You translate business strategy into practical workforce requirements, including future roles, skills, capabilities, and ways of working.
-
Strategic and systems thinking: You connect technology, work design, talent, learning, and organizational readiness to identify the choices that matter most.
-
AI and emerging-technology acumen: You understand enterprise AI, automation, and technology-enabled transformation well enough to evaluate their implications for knowledge work and operating models.
-
Analytics and decision support: You use qualitative and quantitative evidence to assess readiness, compare options, and create useful measures and insights for leaders.
-
Change leadership: You anticipate readiness challenges and help organizations move from strategic intent to sustainable action.
-
Stakeholder leadership and influence: You build credibility, listen for different perspectives, and create alignment among senior leaders and cross-functional partners without formal authority.
-
Executive communication and facilitation: You lead productive discussions and turn ambiguity into clear narratives, recommendations, and decisions.
-
Results orientation and motivation: You are energized by shaping the future of work and have a record of turning complex concepts into focused actions and enterprise impact.
-
Relevant context: You have applied these capabilities in workforce strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, transformation, change leadership, or a related discipline. Exposure to AI-enabled transformation in a large, complex organization is valuable; financial services, another regulated industry, or management consulting is helpful but not required.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
