2nd Shift - Production Team Lead (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, with possible Saturday overtime

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to oversee daily packaging and assembly operations on second shift. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, can communicate effectively with a Spanish-speaking workforce, and ensures production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees to meet daily goals.
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and maintain productivity.
• Train employees and reinforce safety and quality standards.
• Communicate production updates, issues, and staffing needs to management.
• Help troubleshoot production issues and maintain an organized work area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–5 years of solid leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Spanish-speaking required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work the scheduled second shift and occasional Saturdays as needed.
