We are seeking a Loans Enablement Platform Delivery Lead to drive execution across a complex portfolio of initiatives. This role is ideal for a hybrid Release Train Engineer / Program Manager type of leader who can translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery plans, drive alignment across cross-functional teams, and help teams execute with greater predictability, transparency, and speed.

This individual will partner closely with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to manage dependencies, remove blockers, support planning and release readiness, and ensure delivery aligns to business priorities, controls, and platform outcomes.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Bring strong delivery discipline, structured problem solving, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of key initiatives across the Loans Enablement Platform
  • Translate strategic priorities and roadmaps into clear, executable delivery plans with milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision points
  • Drive PI readiness, planning, execution tracking, and cross-team synchronization to support predictable delivery
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, operations, and business teams to manage interdependencies and maintain alignment on priorities and outcomes
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve delivery risks, impediments, and sequencing conflicts
  • Support release readiness and integrated execution, ensuring teams are aligned on scope, timing, dependencies, and production preparedness
  • Partner with stakeholders to align demand to capacity and support disciplined prioritization and sequencing of work
  • Establish and maintain delivery reporting, dashboards, and metrics to provide transparency into progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Promote strong JIRA hygiene, delivery governance, and audit-ready evidence in line with enterprise standards and controls
  • Help improve delivery ways of working by reducing friction, strengthening execution discipline, and driving continuous improvement across teams
  • Prepare clear, concise updates and executive-level communications for senior stakeholders
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and momentum across a broad cross-functional delivery community

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, delivery leadership, release train engineering, project management, business transformation, or product operations
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams
  • Strong experience coordinating delivery in agile environments, including planning, dependency management, execution tracking, and risk management
  • Experience driving initiatives across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive execution forward
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear updates and influence across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to identify risks, remove blockers, and drive accountability for results
  • Experience using delivery tools such as JIRA and producing delivery reporting and status materials
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and bias for action
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree, PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Release Train Engineer, Delivery Lead, or hybrid PM / RTE capacity
  • Experience with PI Planning, cross-team synchronization, release coordination, and dependency management
  • Experience supporting complex delivery with outcome focused execution
  • Loans or broader financial services experience preferred
  • Experience supporting platform modernization, transformation, or large-scale operating model change is a plus
