Visual Display Team Warehouse AssociateRC Willey is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented employee to join our Visual Display Team. This is a full-time position in our Reno store. Assist in warehouse organization and trash disposal.Accurately process all new merchandise, including uncrating, assembly, inventory updates, and tagging.Support inventory accuracy by identifying discrepancies and ensuring items are properly updated.Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and maintain respectful relationships with colleagues and store management.Use RC Willey computer systems to research products, manage inventory, and print price tags.Assemble products according to manufacturer guidelines, ensuring quality and adherence to company standards, using manufacturer instructions while adhering to retailer rules and guidelines.All other duties as assigned Skills and QualificationsReliable attendance with flexibility to meet store needs, including holidays and occasional Saturdays.Ability to work independently and in teams in fast-paced environments.Strong multitasking skills and an eye for detail.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Able to stand, walk, climb, and be active for most of the shift.Lift and mobilize large items up to 100lbs on your own using proper equipment and safety. Up to 200lbs team lifting. Comfortable working on a ladder and heights up to 40 feet.Use of power tools and basic tools (e.g., hammer, screwdriver, drill, wrench, etc.)Willing to be trained to operate a scissor lift for high tasks.Please go to https://www.rcwilley.com/jobs to complete an online application.
