Responsibilities
Position Summary: Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment: Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Essential Duties:
- Controls incoming and outgoing material for BCR and BCC on a daily basis. This currently includes operating supplies, raw forgings, machined wheels finished wheels and incoming scrap. Items are physically received, verified, and then entered into Oracle.
- Loads and unloads incoming and outgoing wheels, verifies against BOL, and enters information into oracle.
- Confirms and reports daily inventory .
- responsible for receiving in other items that need to go to the tool crib.
- Ensures organization of shipping dock
- Performs 5S activities
- Support production activities
- Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High School level reading and math
Will spend the majority of time on the production floor with some additional clerical responsibilities.

- Lifting : Light - Lift on an occasional basis a maximum of 20 pounds with frequent or constant lifting of 10 pounds

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Shipping & Receiving position

Minimum 1 year experience working with Microsoft Office
