JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Vice President Product Delivery Manager – AI/ML Solutions in Palo Alto, CA, United States; New York, NY, United States. Posted October 19, 2026.
About the job
Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation. The Program Product Delivery Lead owns the synthesis, planning, and delivery of the org's program portfolio. The role brings together demand, priorities, and delivery context from multiple concurrent programs and stakeholder groups into a single, coherent view. It owns a dual roadmap that pairs the solutions business delivery track with the data track underpinning the org's AIML ambitions.
As a Product Delivery Manager in Product Delivery Manager in AIML Solutions team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. The role is the main delivery interface between the org, its stakeholders, and partner teams, including the solutions team.
What Success Looks Like: A synthesized, published dual roadmap endorsed by stakeholder groups, with AIML items mapped to their data prerequisites. An integrated portfolio plan that is baselined and reported consistently. A transparent prioritization framework in regular use. A clear, effective delivery interface with the solutions team and other partners. Stakeholder relationships and decision context owned and maintained across the portfolio.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Gather inputs from programs, stakeholders, and partner teams, and synthesize them into an integrated org roadmap. Sequence data prerequisites (sourcing, quality, lineage, access, governance, and platform readiness) ahead of the AIML capabilities that depend on them. Keep the roadmap current as priorities, constraints, and delivery realities change
- Set up and run an integrated portfolio plan with milestone baselines across all programs. Keep a cross-program view of dependencies, the critical path, risks, and issues. Run scope and change management, and raise resourcing trade-offs early. Deliver consistent, accurate portfolio reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Hold a regular cadence with stakeholder groups across each program. Act as the clear day-to-day point of contact for delivery questions, decisions, and escalations. Build alignment across groups with competing priorities, and help settle trade-offs openly.
- Design and run a value and feasibility framework for ranking demand. Make sure prioritization decisions are evidence-based, documented, and communicated clearly
- Serve as the main delivery interface into the solutions team and other partner functions. Turn roadmap priorities into clear, well-sequenced requests so partner teams can stay focused on building. Keep shared visibility of delivery status, dependencies, and upcoming demand
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

- Proven experience leading multiple concurrent programs or products in a complex, matrixed organization
- A track record of synthesizing inputs from many stakeholders into a coherent roadmap or strategy
- Strong program management discipline: planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, and governance
- Working knowledge of data and AI/ML delivery lifecycles, including how data readiness constrains model and capability delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
