Location: Chester, VA Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Overview

We are hiring a dependable Door Shop Warehouse Worker to join a production team assembling and preparing doors for shipment or installation. This hands-on position involves installing door hardware, using basic hand tools, and moving materials throughout the production area. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working as part of a team, this could be a great opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare doors on a production line.
• Install door components, including hinges, locks, handles, frames, hardware, and other required parts.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Lift, carry, move, and position doors throughout the work area.
• Follow production instructions and maintain an organized workspace.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Work safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform hands-on assembly and production work.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools or willing to learn.
• Ability to lift and move doors and materials as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
