Description:
The Department of Chemistry & Physics has openings for Lecture/ Lab Instructional Assistant for various courses in Chemistry. Potential candidates will work closely with and assist the instructor with some or all of the following:
Responsibilities:

Grading papers.
-
Instructional assistance.
-
Lab prep and/or lab demonstrations.
-
Other related duties as assigned.

May also be required to host group study sessions.

They will contact you directly if they wish to interview you.
Qualifications:

Students must have successfully completed CHEM 1210/1215 and 1220/1225 (Principles of Chemistry I & II and respective labs) with a grade of "C" or better; or, as a TA for higher level courses.

Must have completed as a minimum, that specific course with a grade of "C" or better.

If you have not completed the above coursework, your application will not be considered.
This announcement will establish a pool of applicants and by submitting your application it will be made available to any Chemistry & Physics Faculty that have requested to hire a student.
