**Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC or Frisco, TX (Hybrid)**

Our client is a Fortune 100 financial services enterprise managing over a trillion dollars in assets. They build industry-leading digital wealth management platforms that support millions of professionals nationwide.

They are looking for a proactive Project Manager to drive medium-to-large-scale enterprise initiatives. Operating with minimal oversight, you will act as both a strategic leader and a tactical executor. You will navigate complex, ambiguous environments to align horizontal teams and ensure seamless project delivery from start to finish.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional project management experience (5+ years preferred).

• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional teams.

• Strong capability to execute independently in ambiguous and challenging environments.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholder audiences at all levels.

• University degree preferred.

• PMP or CAPM certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive project plans outlining workstream deliverables, owners, and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate project meetings, document status reporting, and manage all core project manager duties.

• Create and maintain essential project documentation, including RAID logs, trackers, and schedules.

• Identify, categorize, and document action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Develop go-to-green and risk mitigation plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.

• Communicate progress, milestones, and expectations clearly to key stakeholders.
