Job Purpose

The Enterprise Implementation & Integration Team seeks a cross-functional project manager to lead various IT teams and their processes in support of business initiatives.

Location: St. Louis, MO (hybrid)

Duties & Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:

• Project management of cross functional processes in IT in support of café new opens
• Review processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Advocate for the business needs as they relate to IT technology and software.
• Troubleshoot issues for resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments.
• Manage the time and capacity of all the project’s key players.
• Provide timely project status updates.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

Qualifications include:

• Basic knowledge of the Service Now program
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
• Conflict management to maintain team collaboration.
• Strong communication skillset for IT as well as business partners
• Ability to adapt to changes within the department and organization.
• Strong organizational skills

Competitive Pay $78,211 - $93,853 annually

The actual pay offered will be determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and geographical location. Individual compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
