The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for ensuring the overall quality and functionality of applications developed by the Golf Technology Development Team. This includes verifying that the software meets specified requirements, identifying and tracking defects, and creating and executing test plans. The QA Analyst plays a crucial role in the development process, working closely with developers, product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the end product meets the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of QA work experience, with a focus on software products and technologies

Experience with automated testing frameworks and building test automation
-
Knowledge of SQL and database concepts

Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, SQL, C++, XML, HTML, CSS)

Experience working with an internal software development team and/or external development partners

Experience with software development life-cycle methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
-
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with a sharp attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships

Strong oral and written communication skills
-
Excellent time-management skills, and be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision

Background/knowledge in Golf or other Sport helpful but not required
Responsibilites:

Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create and execute test plans

Identify, document, and track defects found during testing
-
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to reproduce and resolve defects
-
Review and analyze test results, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
-
Contribute to the development of internal processes and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team

Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and methodologies
