J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions (JPMWS) has a diverse client base of over 2000 corporate clients, ranging from early-stage start-ups to established multinational corporations, JPMWS manages nearly $370 billion in assets for 1.8 million corporate employee participants. Role Summary
As a CRM Analytics Lead within the JPMorganChase Workplace Solutions Client Relationship Management team, you will turn data into executive-ready insights that drive decisions, accountability, and business performance. You will serve as a strategic thought partner to CRM leadership by framing problems, synthesizing complex inputs into clear narratives, and delivering high-quality leadership presentations for operating reviews, planning cycles, and client strategy discussions.
In parallel, you will build scalable reporting automation and KPI frameworks that improve speed, accuracy, and consistency. You will ensure leadership has a trusted, repeatable view of client health, revenue and growth, pipeline activity, and operational performance.
This role is ideal for a candidate who combines strong communication and stakeholder influence with hands-on technical capability (Python and/or VBA), advanced Excel skills, and strong executive storytelling through PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Client-Facing Presentations
- Lead the development of executive-ready narratives and materials for senior leadership readouts, QBRs, planning sessions, and client strategy discussions, translating analysis into a clear “so what / now what.”
- Create story-first decks that connect outcomes to drivers, risks/opportunities, and recommended actions; distill complex detail into crisp executive summaries.
- Apply strong visual standards (clean charts, message-led slide titles, appendix discipline) and ensure materials are accurate, aligned, and decision-useful.
- Manage end-to-end content development in a fast-paced environment: intake, storyline, analysis, drafting, reviews, and final production.
Business Management, Project Delivery & Governance
- Own key CRM leadership rhythms (monthly/quarterly business reviews, leadership readouts, planning sessions): agenda setting, insight themes, content development, and follow-ups that drive actions and accountability.
- Partner with CRM leadership to structure ambiguous problems, define success measures, and translate priorities into executable workplans and milestones.
- Project manage cross-functional initiatives (process improvements, new tools/workflows, operating model enhancements), maintaining core artifacts (plans, RAID logs, decision logs, status updates) and driving timely escalation/decisioning.
- Influence stakeholders across CRM, client service, product, operations, and technology, ensuring alignment on definitions, outcomes, and delivery timelines.
Reporting Automation & Analytics
- Build and maintain scalable reporting and KPI frameworks that enable leadership to understand performance, diagnose drivers, and take action (client health, revenue/growth, adoption trends, service metrics, pipeline).
- Develop repeatable analysis workflows and data pipelines using Python and/or VBA and Excel (Power Query / Pivot Tables), with strong documentation and controls.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to answer leadership questions, triangulating across sources, validating assumptions, and clearly communicating limitations and implications.
- Identify data quality gaps and drive alignment on source-of-truth, definitions, and governance to improve confidence in leadership reporting.
Risk, Controls & Continuous Improvement
- Identify, escalate, and help mitigate operational risks related to reporting, data handling, and recurring deliverables; implement sustainable controls and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement through simplification, standardization, and automation - reducing manual work and increasing transparency for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business management, consulting, business transformation, strategy/ops, project management, or analytics in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional PowerPoint and executive communication skills: ability to build story-first decks, synthesize complex analysis into clear messages, and present recommendations to senior audiences.
- Strong problem structuring and stakeholder influence skills (hypothesis-driven approach, crisp writing, facilitation, and ability to drive alignment across partners).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, structured models) and demonstrated experience building repeatable reporting/automation using Python and/or VBA.
- High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and comfort operating in time-pressured, high-visibility situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or Alteryx.
