  • Respond to client questions related to reporting deliverables and data used in the reporting workflow
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to investigate data issues, reconcile differences, and communicate outcomes clearly
  • Support new client onboarding activities by preparing initial reporting setups and validating outputs
  • Maintain and update client reporting templates and supporting documentation to promote accuracy and repeatability
  • Perform quality checks and exception reviews to help ensure reports meet agreed timelines and standards
  • Follow established controls and procedures that address key operational risks
  • Contribute to projects and non–business-as-usual work that improves processes, tools, or controls
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication across teams to keep reporting activity on track

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of relevant financial analysis experience in financial services
  • Experience analyzing large datasets to identify drivers, exceptions, and root causes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building and maintaining structured templates
  • Knowledge of investment performance concepts such as returns, fees, cash flows, and dividends
  • Ability to explain performance and attribution drivers to non-technical stakeholders using clear, structured communication and ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within defined timelines
  • Experience following documented processes and controls in an operations or reporting environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Progress toward or completion of a relevant postgraduate qualification or credential (for example, investment performance measurement or finance-related certification)
  • Experience in investment management, performance measurement, investment operations, or fund accounting
  • Experience producing performance reporting packages such as daily/monthly performance, net-of-fees reporting, reconciliations, and security-level attribution
  • Familiarity with risk reporting concepts and ex-post risk outputs
  • Experience translating client reporting needs into well-documented change requests and testing outcomes
  • Experience supporting client walkthroughs of reporting workflows and explaining how reports are used
  • Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
