Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Assist maintenance supervisor with routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Help troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues under supervision.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean and safe condition.
• Perform basic repairs such as replacing filters, light bulbs, and minor fixtures.
• Support inventory tracking and ordering of maintenance supplies.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
