About the job
Do you enjoy solving complex problems, bringing structure to cross-functional work, and translating business needs into clear processes and requirements? Are you energized by understanding how work gets done today and helping design simpler, more connected ways of working?
The Marketing Transformation Team is focused on improving efficiency, client outcomes, and scalability by standardizing enterprise marketing processes and accelerating adoption of new workflows across lines of business.
As an Associate on the Process Transformation team supporting CSP21 Workflow Orchestration, you will help design and implement the processes and workflows that enable a more integrated, efficient marketing experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable moving between process analysis and execution. You will support discovery sessions, develop process maps and requirements, document decisions and dependencies, contribute to product refinement and testing, and help ensure new capabilities are ready for adoption. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, curious, and comfortable working across multiple teams in a complex environment.

- Support user acceptance testing and implementation readiness, including development of test scenarios, issue tracking, feedback synthesis, and coordination with business users; Analyze feedback from users and stakeholders and help translate findings into process improvements or product requirements
- Support documentation of business outcomes and success measures, such as reduced cycle time, fewer manual handoffs, improved throughput, and increased workflow adoption
- Maintain clear documentation and traceability from business problem → process requirement → product/workflow capability → business outcome; help develop communications, training/readiness materials, and stakeholder updates to support successful adoption of new workflows
- Provide clear status reporting on deliverables, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps for Workflow Orchestration leadership
