Food Server- Casual Dining- Full Time

About the job

Provides customer service to guests in a professional & courteous manner by accurately handling cash transactions and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally

• Monitor guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns

• Handle cash transactions accurately according to company procedures

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and storage areas

• Complete side work and restock supplies as needed

• Follow company policies, attendance standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and POS systems

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to interact professionally and build rapport with guests

• Bartending experience preferred

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including any shift/day

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

• Ability to stand, walk, and work in high-temperature environments for extended periods

• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending, pulling, and carrying tasks

• Work in environments with noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust

• Adequate manual dexterity and communication skills (reading, writing, speaking English)
