Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

• Verify that each order is complete, accurate, and properly presented before leaving the kitchen.

• Provide friendly and personalized guest service and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and hotel services when appropriate.

• Process guest checks and payments accurately, including room charges, credits cards.
