About the job
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude always.

Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.

Assist kitchen staff as needed.

Assist with buffet lines when needed.

Dispose of all garbage.
-
Keep floors clean and mopped.
-
Clean pots, pans, and dishes using proper sanitation.

Properly store all supplies after cleaning.

Completely follows closing guidelines.
-
Must be flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.

Adhere to hotel's dress code.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED.
-
Experience in food preparation in a professional environment preferred.

Ability to tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times.

Detail oriented
-
Ability to communicate effectively.
-
Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
-
Must be self-motivated and organized.
-
Ability to take direction.
-
Minimum Age Requirement 18
Physical Requirements:
-
Standing and walking the entire shift.
-
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
