In addition to leading insight generation, this role will work closely with cross-functional partners to define priorities, support delivery decisions, and help ensure Crew360 evolves in ways that improve usability, reliability, and business value for Delta’s crew members.

  • Help define, prioritize, and refine product needs for the Crew360 platform in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate user behavior data, business needs, and operational priorities into clear recommendations that inform the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Support decision-making on enhancements, tradeoffs, and feature priorities to improve the digital crew experience.
  • Serve as a key connector between analytics insight and product action, helping ensure identified issues and opportunities are translated into meaningful improvements.
  • Use Quantum Metric and other analytics tools to monitor, diagnose, and optimize user journeys across Crew360 web and mobile applications.
  • Translate complex behavioral and performance data into actionable insights that improve user experience, reliability, and effectiveness.
  • Identify key trends, pain points, and opportunities through quantitative analysis and user behavior mapping.
  • Develop a strong understanding of crew workflows and user needs to inform both analysis and product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to align on needs, priorities, and solution direction.
  • Present data stories, product insights, and recommendations in clear, concise formats tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build trusted relationships across teams to support informed, insight-driven product decisions.
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource for Crew360 digital experience insights and product improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with the Digital Analytics team to support tagging strategies, dashboard creation, data exploration, and KPI monitoring.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of analytics instrumentation across Crew360 experiences.
  • Validate analytics implementations and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance tracking and measurement capabilities.
  • Help identify and close gaps between measurement, product priorities, and execution.
  • Identify measurement gaps and recommend enhancements to instrumentation, tagging, and data quality processes.
  • Develop and refine frameworks for measuring digital experience success across Crew360.
  • Proactively explore new analytics features, product practices, and best practices to advance Crew Technology’s digital and product maturity.
  • Recommend and help shape improvements that support a more effective, intuitive, and reliable Crew360 experience over time.
