As a lead data analyst on the Journeys Customer Intelligence team (JCI), you’ll support and improve the onboarding customer experience. You’ll join a team that leads initiatives with measurable business impact, delivering more than $40 million in lifetime underwriting profit (LUP). Our team sits at the intersection of customer experience, analytics, experimentation, and emerging AI capabilities. You’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate insights, automate workflows, and build innovative solutions. You'll also help design experiments, uncover customer insights, develop analytical solutions, and explore new ways to apply AI and automation to solve meaningful business problems.

Minimum qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience

Preferred skills

  • Strong analytical foundation with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, VS Code AI extensions, Snowflake Cortex, Claude Code, or similar technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to validate, troubleshoot, and ensure the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.

Compensation

  • $98,400 - $131,200 /year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
