About the job
Overview
Insight Global Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to support delivery for our Oracle data center programs. The Project Manager owns the day-to-day operating model for a defined scope or site — translating client needs into executable plans, managing delivery performance, governing data and process quality, and leading a team of Project Coordinators. This role is accountable for consistent execution, strong client and consultant experience, and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They are comfortable managing multiple workstreams, holding partners accountable, resolving escalations, and communicating clearly with both internal leadership and client stakeholders. This is a growth-oriented role with visibility across a large, strategic program.
Responsibilities
1 Delivery Strategy & Execution Own the operating model for the assigned scope or site. •Translate client demand and ramp plans into staffing, onboarding, and delivery priorities. •Maintain forecasts, project plans, and milestones; align roles, timelines, and dependencies before execution. •Identify delivery risks early and lead recovery actions to keep the program on plan. •Ensure operational readiness across each phase of the delivery lifecycle.
2 Stakeholder & Client Management Be a trusted point of contact for internal and client partners. •Own routine status updates, reviews, and communication for leadership and client stakeholders. •Build strong relationships and manage expectations across recruiting, operations, and onsite teams. •Serve as an escalation point and resolve cross-functional barriers. •Provide clear visibility into progress, constraints, decisions, and support needed.
3 Risk & Escalation Management Catch and close risk before it impacts the program. •Maintain a risk and issue log with clear owners and resolution dates. •Identify delivery, compliance, financial, or experience risks and route them appropriately. •Escalate material risks to leadership with recommended actions. •Ensure open items are resolved or transferred through documented handoffs.
4 Consultant & Program Experience Support a high-quality experience across the consultant lifecycle. •Set standards for engagement, onboarding support, check-ins, and issue resolution. •Monitor trends across onboarding, support, retention, and satisfaction. •Ensure feedback results in visible action and closed-loop communication. •Partner with onsite and operations teams to support consultants in the field.
5 Team Leadership & Process Improvement Develop the team and scale the model. •Lead, coach, and develop Project Coordinators; set priorities, standards, and expectations. •Balance workload and shift standardized execution to trained coordinators. •Standardize SOPs, templates, and trackers to reduce manual work and improve visibility. •Drive continuous improvement and scale the delivery model across sites as the program grows.
Qualifications
Required •3+ years of experience in project management, delivery operations, consulting, or workforce program support. •Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. •Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. •Experience managing data, reporting, and process governance across systems and trackers. •Demonstrated ability to resolve escalations and drive accountability across teams. •Comfort partnering with both internal leadership and external client stakeholders.
