Day-to-day responsibilities of this position: Coordinates recruitment and hiring of new employees with DHRM. Employee management; hiring, training, determining and delegating workload, evaluating performance and managing terminations. Develops program goals using Results-Based Accountability (RBA), collects and analyzes data, reports on quarterly outcomes and adjusts practice to improve program effectiveness. Uses SharePoint to write DHHS contracts following procurement law and guidelines; Agreement/Procurement Requests (APR), Scope of Work (SOW), outcome measures and risk assessments. Coordinates with the Office of Service Review to monitor procured contracts ensuring compliance to contract expectations and outcome measures. Works collaboratively with other Department of Health and Human Services operating units and private providers to support system wide initiatives. Monitors the 211 Community DHHS Contracts and looks for ways to improve existing structure and processes. Maintains an active and accurate service directory to ensure the use of available services. Provides Statewide UFACET initial and recertification training. Organizes and implements an annual Provider Fair for each region throughout the state. Serves as a system expert in region level meetings and multi-agency staffings. Coordinates with the Intensive Care Coordination Program to ensure proper use of Purchase Service Agreements to pay for clinical and wraparound services. Manages the Intensive Care Coordination referral process. Supports the Families First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA) through tracking the accreditation of Qualified Residential Treatment Programs (QRTP) and additional QRTP requirements. Monitors the 24/7 nursing contract for the QRTP providers.
